Technique: concept, photography
"Transfusion Food" was made right after the project "Oïl", applying the same technique to a proper design project. It came with a fictitious menu invented for the Mugaritz restaurant, a real place "based on a techno-emotional cuisine, applying science to cooking" to quote its chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. The idea: suck and sip from elegant containers filled with original recipes for a new sensuous experience.
